What is Portico?
Portico is a parachurch minstry that serves the local Church in Atlanta through equipping the Church, engaging culture, and building the future. Portico utilizes a holistic view of the Church to do so and has three primary audiences; Church leaders, Church members, and those outside the Church who are spiritually curious.

What Does the Name Mean?
Portico means porch and is derived from Solomons Portico mentioned in the Bible. It is a place where many would go to teach and learn. A porch as we understand today is attatched to a house; it adds value to the house, but it is not the house.
Such is Portico.

We are currently planning our first Portico Talks event to engage and equip the church in Atlanta. You can find more info and RSVP for that event on our website.


The following is the vision of what Portico will become...

Portico is an invite-only community of thinkers, innovators, creators, entrepreneurs, pioneers, leaders, and those alike with a desire to strengthen the church and influence the world.

We do this through...

Portico Talks:
Private Ted-Style Talks hosted throughout the greater Atlanta area on topics the church should be leading the way in.

Workshops:
Think Tanks, Troubleshooting, and Brainstorming Sessions held throughout the greater Atlanta area exclusively for ministry leaders, which fosters conversations, brings solutions and sparks imaginations on topics the leaders of local churches are facing on a daily basis.

Consulting:
Custom consulting services tailored to each Church's needs to offer a holistic view and fresh eyes perspective of the local church from various age groups, experiences, and giftings.

Our Future:
We plan to expand the theTed-Style-Talks to offer evangelistic Talks on topics such as creativity, arts, spirituality, religion, sexual identity, etc. that will engage the local community and culture.

It is our desire to expand our Workshops to Pastoral and prayer retreats, tailored care for pastors of local churches, and help build unity in the church.

We plan to expand our Consulting Services to offer personal coaching services from a vast network of leaders, send out church revitalization teams, and start a program to develop healthy and mature leaders in the Church.

We plan to host evangelistic events that engage the community and the culture of Atlanta with events like pop-up church services and outdoor worship services.

We plan to create an online resource hub by the church and for the church. This hub will contain links to vetted resources from the various gifts throughout the entire body of Christ.
